When I published my thesis in modern history as a book, Mona and Sofia were an invaluable help. The book has quite a bit of storytelling in it, so it was really important to get the nuances right, even though English isn’t my first language. Mona and Sofia immediately picked up on the tone that I intended for the book and nudged it gently in the right direction. They quickly spotted issues of register and overall coherence. Plus, they not just pointed out passages that needed revising, but always came up with alternative suggestions, which as a writer on deadline I was extremely grateful for.
